PEANUTS Snoopy & Charlie Brown. Founded in 1950, the craftsmen of Usaburo Kokeshi Dolls, whose workshop is located in Shintomura Village at the eastern foot of Mount Haruna in Gunma Prefecture, have carefully and wholeheartedly crafted each and every one of the PEANUTS Kokeshi Dolls. Snoopy" and "Charlie Brown, two of the Peanuts friends, are now available as palm-size kokeshi dolls, each with the warmth of wood. Under the theme of "Smile, " Snoopy and Charlie Brown were selected from the various expressions depicted in the Peanuts comic books to create the two gentle smiling faces.

PEANUTS Kokeshi dolls are carved out of natural wood and polished to shape. The warm grain of the natural wood is used to create the red collar and back of the doll, which are painted by hand.

Snoopy's ears are made of soft leather, and the round nose is made of separately cut wooden parts to reproduce a shiny nose. A wooden base with the "SNOOPY" logo engraved on it is included.
