What do you do now that it's gone? Poor Linus, without his Security Blanket!

What he does is grab hold of anything close by, so in this super sequence of 40+ year-old original hand-painted 12 field production cels, we see that Linus has found his temporary substitute - Peppermint Patty's nose! The cels are from the "Linus and the Blanket" segment of the Season 2 episode, "Snoopy's Robot" which was originally shown on 9/28/1985. Our first cel is of Linus solo as he describes his agony, sans-blanket; this scene occurs at about the 15:58 timestamp, with an image size of approximately 1.75" x 3". Next, we see Linus as he reaches for Patty's ample nose, from around the 16:03 mark; this two-level cel has a combined image size of 4" x 4". Finally, we have the ultimate image of Linus about to suck his thumb with a firm grip on his playmate's snoot, as seen around the 16:04 timestamp; the image has a combined size of 3" x 3.5".

The cels are placed on screen-matched background prints, added to complete each image. Please judge item condition based on the pictures provided. Additional pictures of particular angles available upon request. Only photographed items are included in the listing unless otherwise noted. Items may have dust from storage and/or manufacturing remnants.

Please inquire for more photos if every detail is of the utmost importance before purchasing. Original Paintings and some Framed Prints are currently hung on walls in climate controlled areas not exposed to direct sunlight.
