Super Cartoon Maker featuring Snoopy & His Peanuts Pals. This wonderful vintage set contains the following.

8 bottles of plastigoop (hardened). The plastigoop has hardened and likely unusable.

At some point, the plastic tray under the goop has melted, ruining the plastic tray underneath (see pic 4) but the box underneath is fine. The molds are in good condition. It is untested as I don't have any goop to test with. Most of the pictures are unpunched (although a couple are missing). There is writing on the front and back of the comic strip.
